Arjun's fault..Purvi fate

Because of Arjun's inability to express or even his "good" intentions to protect his "friend Ovi", Purvi is getting and will be blamed for the debacle that their relationship has become now in the eyes of all, including her mother. I wish that when Arjun clears the air, she is dissolved of it all. Instead of all this emotional drama, I wish Archana thinks back to all the events since Ovi's engagement and recall Purvi's reactions since then - the heartbreaking breakdown on the engagement day, her being quiet and depressed, her well intended gestures towards Ovi-Arjun and so many more. This should atleast later make Archana repent her blame/slaps to Purvi that she is going to apparently give out this week.

Jyothi, I feel it is natural for Archana to get upset with Purvi, initial anger which will dissolve into staunch support, I am sure. Most mothers would have reacted with anger at least in the privacy of their own homes.

But, Archana is angry that her parvarish went wrong? That isa little jarring. A mothermight yell at her kid and say is this what I taught you but most of the anger would be directed at the kid not at "your own parvarish", a little overdone as also on Friday, the tooting of the sanskars ( though Ankita was brilliant on Friday and she looks fabulous in the SBS segmwnt today) but this is a daily soap and melodrama is to be expected, I guess.

Like you, I hope Archana reflects back to the evening of the engagement and the subsequent weeks after and regrets not only that she misjudged her "real" daughter, Purvi (the other two are Manav's and Savita's) but feels rotten for shoving "Ovi loves Arjun so much" down Purvi's throat everyopportunity she got.

Understandable that Archana was embroiled in her own troubles and paid scant attention to what was going on with Purvi, except for those perfunctory questions to Purvi a couple of times but now that she has been jerked out of her own misery, Archana will empathize and be there for the daughter who has always stuck by her through thick and thin.

Now that Sulo knows the real colors of herlovely grand daughter, Ovi (her nastiness towards her mother), I pray that aaji is a little kinder and more generous in her understanding of her "real" grand daughter, Purvi. [/DIV]

I hope so too..that they show Archana reflecting back to all the events and fell remorse at her reactions to Purvi... that will be consistent with her character and the special bond with Purvi... Either way, i dont think i can handle seeing all this happening this week, will stick to WU...until Arjun jumps in :):) .. I am too weak hearted to take this "soap Stress" :)

very true too much of Sanskar and parvarrish overated...

not at this generation .they are old enough to take some decision ..but Ofcourse Purvi had to talk to Archana.Motherr daughter too much concern for each other lead to this ...

This is what I don't understand in this show, they act stupidly then regret n apologize later.
Archana was so caught up in getting to know her ovi that she did not c that purvi was withdrawn and sad most of the times. The company that arjun gave to purvi should have been a red flag now that the relationship is out.
All the blame will b laid at purvi doorsteps all because arjun could not step up n b a man n tell the truth. Idiot. I wonder how long they will drag this out.
