no..Arjun's house in KMH2 was shown a number of times in KMH1 as well..but not the heritage house..
eg.restaurant where Arjun comes to stop Arohi from accepting KS's wedding proposal.

Pictures would have been better to make my post more effective, but don't know the episodes in which they aired, so I'll to just rely on the power of speech to convince you 😕🤣

1)The guy who was the event co-ordinator at Karan Singh's show (the one who demanded Arjun of his identification at the concert in which Karan sings Arohi's song) is the marriage registrar to whom ArJuhi go to when they "elope"😆 And he happens to be an inspector in season 2🤣 Multi talented guy, must say😆

1) And the aunty whom Arohi helps at the railway station and the one who helps her getting a house in Mumbai in KMH1 is the same aunty who tells Arohi of Arjun's love for her in the scene in which Arjun spoils Dhondhu's cake in KMH2😆

One has to see it to beleive it😉
