yeah i was listening to the song and felt that the lyrics fit kripas situation in the serial...i mean she is depending on support from the one person that is somewhat of a stranger to her life (Prithvi), people have left her side (Harshini, her parents, Angad did, ect...), her dreams were shattered, and due to all this and much more that is detailed in the lyrics she feels empty and killed from within...but alive without a purpose...

i am sure she will prevail and so will angad....😊
