Should I mention Bhasan? That Sandy grabbed Bhabo's hand and hugged her? What would that do? It will just highlight the yawning lack of anything with SurYa. It was quite cruel to make Suraj watch a romance from the balcony. CVs thought that it would make up for him having missed watching that movie with Sandy.
So when Sandy joins Sur up in the gallery, he looked miffed. This wife of his has NEVER been this animated and happy. He will have to share his Bhabo with her. Did he understand her joy? Maybe, maybe not. Mother-Daughter relationship is a very complicated one. He may not see why Sandy is behaving like there's a big load lifted. But he decides that he will harness some of this bouncy-bouncy feelings and divert it his way. Main sambhalooonga Chotuuu...I have a plan. Sigh. Such elaborate planning and grabbing rare opportunites is what Sur is reduced to doing. Coz this pavitra rishta can only proceed at a stately pace, with elephants dressed in grand livery and a slow procession of SurYa fans.
Scooter was meant to take them to a place that connected them. She thought of her father (Father's Day today . Fathers-Daughters. We understand don't we?) Sandy was transported back to a time when life was simpler. She doesn't realise that she's married to someone who will also make things very simple if she will let him. Letting go of father and looking at husband is sometimes a longer process. They say that women often end up marrying a clone of their dad. Someone they can look up to without feeling threatened or intimidated. Sandy has reached that stage I'm sure.
Suraj has a flashback of that unknown girl he gave a box of laddoos to. Even his random encounters are all about Sandy...no it IS Sandy. A bit far-fetched. It's like everyone between Jaipur and Pushkar vanishes, leaving these two alone to meet in a park. Sandy has stepped up the speed of speech as well. It's express. All this energy. What to do...what to do...
Aaah! Vikky to the rescue. Have a tiff with Meens and prove to her that things are cold. Go grab one of the SurYa bedrolls (which have many properties). Minus one bedroll in Ji Ji room. Oh dear! Time to wring hands, call an international conference. We are reaaady Sandy, all gathered from all corners of the globe to collectively point at bed and give our blessings.
Nooo Suraj ji. I didn't hide it. See now this is what happens when you decide to be the badmash and talk like speedy gonzalez. You will be blamed for being a brat. Sur is trying to show he's an accha baccha.
So my friend Laks will be very pleased that we will soon have a scene straight out of Suryavansh. She has shown us the relevant bit where Soundarya tells AB sr that they have to 'controool' themselves...and even sharing a bed is well within their capabilities. So far so good for SurYa. But then, S goes to switch off light, lizard falls on S, S screams,AB comes running, S hugs him...that's the end of control. This is totally do-able with SurYa. They deal with caaackroach and rat every night, so a lizard is good...and who knows? Sur will jump into Sandy's arms like Raj Kapoor did when he panicked seeing a snake and Nargis had to 'comfort' him.
So it's all good. All are happy...oh wait. Don't people read Ramayan at night? Will Sandy do night duty with Bhabo? These CVs are the biggest dushmans of the SurYa romance.
