Is Sugni's mother afraid that TVS is not sincere or does she fear that her siblings and their spouses will take advantage of TVS and thereby destroy Sugni's chances? Or was she herself deceived by the Jwala Singh Thakur with words of love and false promises? Does she not think TVS will follow through with his feeligns of love for her daughter.

BTW - love how the story is working out and how Sugni is gradually making her way tinto her sasural. I think hte viewers are going to have Sugni and Adi scenes - they are looking more like brother and sister and perhaps they are trying to keep with the idea of her winning him over. I just HOPE they don't have him fall in love with her and then TVS scarificing his love for Sugni to please his nephew - we really do NOT need this gissa pitta stuff.
I really like Amrita and we need to see more for her and Adi in the show. Plus, let us have more about the history between Jwala Thakur and Gulabiya. What happened in the past and why did he leave her.
Good show - we need some maha episodes of it so we can get to see more. Half an hour goes TOO fast. It's really 20 mins 😉

Exactly, i agree with you. I would love to see Jwala Thakur fall in love with Gulabiya again and leave his evil wife for her. Age difference doesn't matter, just as it does not matter with Vik and Sugni. Somehow i feel that JT loves Gula and daughter deep down, though he may not realise it. Remember he comes from the old school which is deeply conservative about caste issues. He's not from the new school of liberalism like Vikram.

I agree; he could not bear the thought that she was to be with someone else even though he had not been with her for a long time. I hope we can find out more about what happened between them many years ago - how about a flash back with some younger actors playing out the part?

Very interesting, romancefan, especially @bold.
In the scene where he calls her 'Beti', for a second I wondered the same, but then later when he is shown how conniving he was, I had to say nah.
But it would be good if they have such a track.

Laila,
I was thinking if Gulabiya knew anything about Vikram's past, then why would she let Sugni go ga-ga over Vik. She should've have nipped any good feelings in Sugni atleast after the confession.

It definitely doesn't look like she is against all Thakur clan, bcos of the way, she is quick to remind her daughter about Adi in today's episode.
