Punar Vivah brought out another issue tht a lot of us can associate with. When something inauspicious happens on a given day that day is considered as bad omen. My own birthday was not celebrated because in my family a my oldest cousin died on her birthday since then none of the girls can celebrate birthday in the family.

With Palak it is the same she will never be happy, she is guilty of her mothers death, she understands her fathers unhappiness and thinks it her fault the family has also created an enviorment of guilt and teh same guilt is being relived . now ? is for what reason the guilt is being relived. those living have to live like dead, where is justice in that. Another instance, own story, my very close SIL had issues with her kids being special , because of that she was sad, all my prime days of marriage went brooding about the fact she is not happy how can i be, She was living like dead because of her circumstance I was doing the same at another level. Looking back I think was it all fair.

ithnk the whole family should pay homage to Arpita nd help palak come out of the shock. Else she will be a sucidal kid teh feeling will grow and take dimensions that can't be comprehended.

agree with u, palak is too small to think this way, if elder wash her brain , she bec m happy, but still buaji brain washing her aginst arti too, so turn more violent, 1 day blow out like volcano, better lets handl arti sweetly, so palak become a happy and her future go bright

Tha's a very good point you have come up with!... this is one complaint i have noticed people coming up with that after watching PV no one will remarry blah blah blah!

But i would like to tell them that through this serial the CV's have been portraying the many social issues faced by people in the society in similar situations.

Here i am not saying everyone will face all the problems shown in the serial but they could face anyone of them!

Palak's scenario is a very common one and i am glad that the PV team has addressed it on their show! hats of to them!

we never cut cake and never invited friends and relatives . just used to eat prasad of temple .
