Hey people...
Please do not get me wrong... this is just a little cynical way to view visit of a laughing friendly Ghost called Arpita
The other day the girls missed their mom... so after pacifying girls and putting them to sleep with the memories of their mom Yash goes to that life size of picture of laughing Arpita and is asking her to come back in their lives. Dude your wife is dead for last three years and you want her to come back to life???? like really?? How?? (Oh very simple just go to the garden look at the moon little sadly and the moon will send her to you.. )
So then comes the Ghostly visit in the garden...
Yash misses her too much and comes out in the garden and looks at the moon with foreloon expressions and the dear romantic moon understands his plea and lo there...Arpita comes for the visit as Yash has called her... as if singing the song tumene pukara aur hum chale aye... Asman ko chir ke bhi aaye...
Is Yash living in the world of Illusions where the dead comes and visit and have a nice loviing moment of holding the hands and looking in to each other's eyes and have a lovely dovely talk...and then bang you come out of your illusions and the ghost runs back to the la la land without saying proper goodbye...
But apart from humor it is an serious issue too..
1st thing they showed in the begining that it is almost three years that Arpita died...
Now Palak is in Class 2. So when Arpita died she was what about 4 years old??? Isn't she too young to remember all those details about her mother??? If she was around 10 now then we could have understood. So the age and the circimstances do not match up. The way they want to show the feeling of guilt is too much for that little girl. And the way they shows buvaji manipulating her 6 or 7 years of mind is too much. At the age of 6-7 a child does not behave that way... It is too innocent an age to keep that grudges and be vindictive.. It is not a normal behavior for that age group..
The other day the girls went running to Pa Yash and said we miss our mom and Pa Yash instead of pulling them out of their "missing element" catered to that feeling of missing...
Yes they want to show how much space Arpita has in Yash's life till today that he sees her in every little thing.. but then Yash is neglecting his present and staying in the past.. and in doing so he overlook a simple thing like birthday of his daughter.
His wife Arpita took a promise from him that in case in future if she is not there he will take care of the girls and make them happy all the time.. I think in his grief Yash is forgetting his promise to Arpita.
Yea that date has the sting of death but it also is connected with the breathing little person. So he is letting the death heavy on the life... No wonder he gets Ghostly visit at every corner of the life..

Eva agreed about everything else but not about Palak. 4 yrs is not an age where a child forgets everything, esp if Palak has been holding on to the memory since that day. Kids forget things becoz they don't think about it. but Palak has been thinking about arpita every single day, so she remembers many things...and her father's grief coupled with the stories other family members told her about arpita adds to this feeling. So what Palak is going through is pretty natural acc to me.

Also, its not that Yash has overlooked Palak's b'day. Arpita died on that very day. So naturally its extremely traumatic for both Yash and Arpita.

No AT this Ghost is a nicer one... lol...
It comes and holds your hand and looks in to your eyes the love brimming from her eyes and talks with you for hours.. and indirectly tells you hey remember me and be sure not to give my place to any breathing human being as I will definitely come and visit you... when ever you will close your eyes and remember me... but the Ghost is very selctive it does not go to anyone only comes to Yashu... ha ha ha...

DMKJ yes would agree but it is too much to take for that little girl. See Ansh is her age too.. and he does not keep those kind of grudges in him.
What I mean to say is that Palak is not having a normal life of the child her age. As she is being ladden by the grief of others plus the cause of the death.

But Ansh has never seen Prashant! he has had a normal childhood till now. he missed his dad, now he has one, and is super happy. we cannot even compare palak and ansh's situations! Palak remembers her mother. But Ansh doesn't even know that a man called Prashant exists.

and I am sure no one blames Palak for arpta's death.

of course its too much for her, but no one has forced it on her except circumstances. yes, yash should hv done something to normalize her, but he himself is not normal! i mean he is so engrossed in his grief!

See Aarti is smart... She knows that her husband does have a ghostly visitors so without even direction from her husband she has started a friendly convo with the picture so the Ghost would think her as a friend and not a foe and would not attack her also Artiji is smart she takes the name of P and P and telling the Ghost that she is doing what she was doing and that is to bring smile of her daughter's face.. ha ha ha... She is the smart one..
