No Information with the Complaints department

Hey All, I just called the Star Plus in regards to get Gia back. asked them if they have any info in regards to this, the person on the other side said that they don't have any info and do not get any info, they just take our request and forward it.. so i think these people are frustrated taking our calls and giving us the answers of what they like so that we stop calling them, may be the call rates have increased and may be they are stressed answering our calls. So its nothing of that sort, if we get any response in mail from Uday Star plus or rashmi that too from there official id then we can take that news as confirmed but not anything from facebook or twitter or any...

Just keep caling, get friends and family to keep calling too. That will really annoy them 😃

yeah, we keep irritating them, they should take it seriously, but one of SP exce replied politely, we requested him to tell about the policy let see if can reply something

its amazing every rep says diff, one says she wont come back, boss has already decided, one says no idea, one says they are thinking, i think its just the way to confuse us...i think even the elders are not happy with the new face.. my parents generally see the serial of other channel but sometime when i just flick the channel and see they say ok. suddenly when my dad has seen the new face he was like who is she, i said him about the replacement and he is like well first his face expression was changed and said tht this show will not be gud then.. today when i was seeing the sbb when i told mom the segment is about to cum she was is it with the old gopi or new i said new she changed her face expression and left from there, so i am sure people are not much interested abt the show now.. so we can try as much as we can so that it will effect the trp..
