We had to discontinue the association with Jiaa Manek due to unprofessional conduct from the actor's side.
We understand your connect with Jiaa Manek and the life that she brought to the character Gopi Bahu. But her new avatar on the competition show was not in keeping with the character we created with Gopi.
We had two options to stop the show altogether or go ahead with another talented actress. The decision has been as difficult for us as it has been for you.
