They should have resolved the issue more smartly. There biggest responsibility is the viewers. We spent 2.5 yrs and then they emotionally abused us when serial was reaching a crucial point. I don't care whose ego were trampled but they wasted my precious time. If a actress leaves due to health, tragedy or monetary gain. I will not blame star plus. But in this issue they abused us their viewers.

even for devoleena doesn't know that she has selected for Gopi's role, until she comes to the set.. they kept so scretly, even cast doesn't know, so Giaa..

Tuesday is is very crucial, don't what had happened with Giaa..

rediculous guys, thats why they threw anitha out and maha episode to get viewrs back..

but they will never understand.. we don't watch SNS with out our gopi..

Giaa needs on SNS..

Star Plus rocked, rox and will rock. Gia was a part of Saathiya and Saathiya is just one serial on Star Plus. Star Plus has never been dependent on any one character for TRPs.

Moreover not even Star Plus but even the Saathiya makers doesnt seem to be happy with Gia...because the way kokila ben says at the beginning of the serial..."kuch logon ki prathmikta badal sakti hai"...

THE COMPANY NEVER EVER BOWS DOWN TO AN EMPLOYEE. THE EMPLOYEE IS WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY IS NOT WORKING FOR THE EMPLOYEE.

very well said . The last line is very apt . In india majority of companies have a clause on their offer letter that you cant work for any other rival company or business... So all in all be it a normal call centre or mnc or entertainment industries rules are pretty clear. Oki here is the clause which is written in any normal offer letter you shall ensure that you shall not directly or indirectly engage in any activity or have any interest in or perform any services for any company who is involved in activities which are or shall be in conflict with interest of ...company name...
