Part 3

Tamana looked at herself in the mirror . She had worn jeans and a backless shimmery gold top with gold high heels. She loved heels. She wasn't much of a dress person. Her kohled eyes looked mysterious and bold and her lips were painted a lush red. She had left her hair open. She smiled, she looked rather good.

Sim : Tammy its 9.30, you done ?we're getting late so just hurry up will you?

Tamana : Sheesh don't shout, I'm coming !!!!

With a final glance at the mirror she left the washroom. Sim was waiting for her with an impatient frown marring her face. Sim had worn a sleeveless red dress with the full skirt, and red high-heeled shoes. She looked beautiful. Sim turned to look at her and whistled ..., " My my aren't you looking delectable. Damnit how you mange to look so stunning in the simplest of outfits is still beyond my comprehension. I wish I could look like that...

Tamana : Oh shut up !!!! stop buttering me up, you look darned good and you know it ... and stop fishing for complements. Now we better get going , after all you don't wanna miss the fun...

Sim : Oh shit, lets go... its all your fault you know!!!! If you wouldn't have taken so much time in the shower we wouldn't have gotten so late...😡

Tamana : Well I like to keep clean unlike you... when did you last have a bath... lemme guess 6 -7 days?? right??😉

Sim : Tammy I swear to god, I'll kill you... You know I just took a bath before you did...😡

Tamana ( laughed 😆) : Oh my god , you are so easily rattled, I love rattling you !!!!

Sim : Nutcase

Tamana laughed. Tamana sat beside Sim in her car and Sim started driving. Tamana looked at Sim.

Tamana : By the way I forgot to ask you... whats the name of the dance club that we are going to?

Sim flashed Tamana a quick smile.

Sim : Its Ruby Skye. Its one of the best dance clubs in San Fransisco. The crowd is awesome and the music is superb.

Soon Sim brought her car to a halt in front Ruby Skye and gave her car keys to valet The exterior of club looked glamorous as well as classy.

As Sim and Tamana entered the dance club, several people looked at them with appreciation and mild curiosity. Both the girls were stunning.

Tamana looked at the dance club in awe. It was nothing like the dance clubs she had seen before.It was awe inspiring.The bar was adjacent to the entrance. The dance floor was raised a bit higher than the main floor. There were brilliant pink , purple , blue, violent flashing all around. There were a number of young couples dancing. Some singles were also enjoying on the dance floor.Her eyes wandered as she took in more of the club.She noticed an upper desk encompassing them where a few couples were dancing. The only thing common between this club and the clubs she had been to was the music. It was quite loud but she was thankful that there was a no smoking policy here.Smoking disgusted her.

A tap on her shoulder startled her.

Sim: " Hello !!!! earth to Tammy!!!! So do you like it? "

Tamana: Its alright.

Sim : Oh come on admit it... I know you like it.

Tamana : OK OK easy!!!! yeah its nice quite different from the ones I have been to...

Sim : I know, that's the reason why this one is my favorite. Ok now lets go to the bar, I'll introduce you to couple of my friends.

Sim and Tamana walked towards the bar where three women were standing.

Sim : Hey, guys... I wanna introduce you to someone.

Sim ( pointing towards Tamana ) : This is my best friend, Tamana from India. And Tammy ( pointing towards a petite redhead) this is Ronny, (pointing towards a tall blonde) this is Bella and ( pointing towards a brunette ) and this is Alice.

All three girls smiled at Tamana😊

Ronny, Bella, Alice : Hi Tamana.

Tamana ( smiled😊 ): Hi

Ronny asked the bartender who appeared to be somewhere in his late twenties to make a drink to Tamana.

Tamana : No thanks , I don't drink.

Ronny : No worries...hey please make a fruit punch for Tamana .

The bartender passed a drink to Tamana . She took it as she didn't want to appear rude to the gang who welcomed her so warmly. But still she didn't feel like having it. So she quickly poured the contents of the glass into a potted plant without being noticed.Soon Tamana mixed up with the group and they started chatting.

A tall ruggedly handsome with broad shoulders was standing opposite the bar, surrounded by a couple of women.He looked like a Greek god in all his glory.

Veer sighed inwardly. He was bored even though he was surrounded by attractive women eager for his attention. This had become a routine for him. Partying till late night and then leaving with some woman or the other. Women who knew the score, women who don't get clingy the morning after and women who didn't pester him about them being soul mates or made for each other. He loved women and on most days he would have enjoyed the attention of these stunning women. But not today. He just wasn't in the mood.

Suddenly his gaze fell on a group of women near the bar, but it was only one particular woman who interested him. He could see her side profile. She was beautiful with lustrous dark brown hair and a creamy golden complexion. He couldn't make out the color and shape of her eyes as she wasn't facing him. She was petite, around 5 feet 2 inches in height. She was curved in all the right places. She wore an outfit which hugged her in all the right places. She was wearing a golden colored backless top and jeans which clung to her like second skin. A killer pair of heels made her look even more alluring. His mouth watered. Now he didn't want to leave the club alone. He had to have her . Suddenly one of the women tapped on his shoulder and asked him something. He turned to answer her but when he turned back towards the bar, the object of his fantasy had disappeared. Suddenly nothing seemed more important to Veer than finding her.

He excused himself from the group of women surrounding him and started hunting for his current obsession.
