Our message needs to be delivered to the production house and Star Plus, the channel values it's viewership trp's and therefore we should join forces and strike a boycott of the show for 1 day.
We can use this weekend to deliver notices of a boycott this coming Monday 11th June and spread the word to all your friends, mums, aunties, grandmas and family members who are big fans of the show.
Over the next two days we can call and rally our fellow Saathiyans to protest through a switching off this Monday 11th June - utilise Facebook, twitter, forums, email.
The viewer is the one who is losing out with this decision and it is clear from Giaa's interview that she is very upset.
Viewer power speaks volumes and will deliver a clear message to the network and production house.

Boycott Saathiya - fans crusade to bring back original Gopi

Fans of Saathiya plan to switch off their TV sets this Monday 11th June 7pm in protest of the replacement of lead character Gopi played by Giaa Manek, who was removed from the show within one day.
Fans have taken to the Internet to protest to Star plus over the last 24 hours and plan a boycott of the show. Saathiya is a much loved show and the replacement of its lead within 24 hours is a disgrace to its loyal viewers.
