Link and Connection matters a lot thats true but without the knowledge of the concerned person is not acceptable. It is as simple as that. If i want a job i will definitely try to use link or refernce but that too myself will prefer to approach but will never like if someone on my back try to do something for me without my knowledge. Thats call self respect.

People are not appreciating her this act because it seems like pity similarly when Gauri didnot like the concerned shown by Bhairon by helping her in giving money without her knowledge. If that hurts her self respect why Gauri's request for Jagya's job will not hurt his self respect.

If she would have used her connection in agreement with Jagya then definitely that wont be a question of critisism but no she prefers to hide things whatever may be the reason but wants others to come out clean.

Regarding reference and connection i commented because i am also working as HR for the last 5 years ( i know very well all this )and regarding people criticism - there will be criticism as well as appreciation depending on what the task is and the way of doing it. Some people criticise for the sake of criticism but out of 100 atleast 95% of members in this forum criticise with logic not just for the sake.

I am an qualified HR professional. All I can say is that whatever is shown in yesterday's episode is unrealistic. No HR officer would take such a decision. The Recruitment and Selection in any big corporate company (even if it is an hospital) is a very systematic and long procedure. For any Job opening there is a Job role specification that is created after studying the requirement of the Job role.There are certain attributes that are required to get shortlisted for an Interview, they are classified as 'Essential' and the Resumes(Bio datas) and job applications sent by the job seeker candidate's are filtered accordingly. So as per the HR officer, at SNG Hospital they only recruit candidates who have completed their MS. So that means it is an 'essential' attribute to get a job there.

No Recruitment officer can ever shortlist a candidate for job interview if the candidate does not fulfill the 'essential' criteria. If they do so, they have to give a very highly valid reason (for example: they can consider the candidate without an MS degree if he has ample years of proved professional experience in his/her field, which jagat does not have). So in this case the only reason the Hr officer has for calling jagat for Interviews is that he is Dr. Gauri's Husband😆 which is very funny as gauri is not even a senior doctor in the hospital she just started working a couple of months ago.

I know in India a lot of things happen illegally (by giving bribes) but in this case gauri has not even given a bribe😆she doesnt even have a phooti kaudi to give bribe..

so whatever is shown is really unacceptable and fake. CV's should do their research first before writing such episodes.😡

I really wonder how gawari does that trick. She will get people do whatever she wants to . very excellent freaky manipulator. I remember in one movie when a dog is hungry it will make faces and beg people and immediately people throw food for the antics displayed. I wonder if it is the same except i fail to under the concept between cute dog and a woman.😛

Well yeah so true..but in the dog's case we thorugh him food that is left over not the food that is meant for our own eating.

If I would have been the HR officer, I would have known that my job would be at stake if I call gauri's husband for interview. I will never do such a thing then.😲
