because a misunderstanding after the progression between Arnav and Kushi will be stupid, It wouldnt make sense. Also if Arnav mistrusts kushi because of Shyam, it will mean he has succeeded after ALL the DISGUSTINGS things he has done the guptas, kushi, anjali and arnav,
