I realize so many of you are upset with Gia leaving...you have identified with the actor and not the character. I watch the show for the story... I don't really know anything about the actors except whether or not I like the way they portray the character. I am willing to give the new actress a chance at the role. If you all love Gia, watch the dancing show. You will be able to see her there. Don't let Saathiya slip away from us because of one actor. The story will go on and there are several other characters on the show whom you all love. Gia made her choice. She is an adult and basically it is her decision. Can we please get back to talking about the events on the show and how the characters are reacting?

Well said.

One person did not bring the show to where it is today. This involved teamwork by all cast and crew.

The depiction of the story should not come second to the actors. It should be paramount.

It is the characters that have spun their web to captivate their audience into their show. We, the audience, have fallen in love with judicious Kokila, young handsome angry / loving Ahem, sweet Hetal, gentle Baa, fun loving Jigar, kalakari princess Rashi, businessman Chiraj, poetic Parag, kalakari queen Urmila, amongst the many of them, and last but not least, selfless Gopi.

So let us enjoy the story.
