Siddharth Shukla aka Shiv in CID..

Sony TV's CID will see a special episodic this weekend as Siddharth Shukla, last seen in Star Plus' Love U Zindagi as Rahul, will be seen essaying a pivotal role.

A source informs Tellybuzz, "Siddharth Shukla shot for the episodic last week where he will be essaying the role of Karan who will be trapped in a murder case. The investigation will be carried by the CID team."

We contacted Siddharth Shukla and he was happy to comment, "Actually it is like a dream come true for me as I have been watching CID since many years. It has made a mark in our Indian television. And apart from that this show is one of my favorite shows on television; so working for CID was a treat for me."

Talking more about the shooting experience he shares, "The sets of CID is filled with positive vibes and that's the only thing why everyone gets enthusiastic to work with each other."

The episode featuring Siddharth Shukla will be on air this Friday.
