*** apologies before hand.. i do not mean to offend anyone .. but just trying to see the other end of it***

Protests and petitions ... this is the way of life...we have been seeing this ever since ..

my younger son who is not even 2 years protests to eat food until he has Madagascar or Barney on TV...my elder kid protests for things i want him to do...
If I think about it.. yes they are my kids ..if they protest to eat food and demand something.. being a mom ..I feel worse.. so I give into their protests and demands...I agree to what they want.. I cannot make them understand .. they are very small... elder one is 3 plus and younger one less than 2 years😛

********************

Next this is a classic example.. If you live in India.. there is a hike in petrol/diesel prices every 3-6 months..
people protest a lot...they burn the effigies . they burn government properties and disturb the way of normal life with bandhs (close down)... just last week there was a Bharat Bandh .. for the hike of petrol/diesel prices...the normal life is stopped for a day.. which means loss of millions of rupees during the day..
did the government give into the protest ,.,did they bring back the petrol prices - NO..Indian democratic type of government which is formed for the welfare of the people ..is not giving into the protests of the people.. why would the channel give into our petitions...

If the government gives into one protest and brings down the petrol price.. the very same day there will be 100s and 1000s of protests for every other thing and the Government will be in a fix and be brought down in no time...
what ever be the reason... the government will never give into such protests...god knows how the government work... anyways,. the fact is they do not concede into any petition

something as big as Jan Lokpal Bill .. which is being fought for 4 decades is still pending before the parliament.. there were innumerable protests and the hunger strike by Anna Hazaare... but still the bill is pending ...

********************

when such major issues .. which are for the benefit of the country are not conceded ...even after protesting for over ages..

why would a GEC - like SP ..which runs for profit give into a protest or a petition... they are corporate people.. when the government which runs for the people is not giving into the petitions and protests ,..why would a GEC like SP pay any heed to the petition...

we are nothing to them ..the channel is in no way liable to us viewers.. we are not their kids and we are not their responsibility ...why would they pacify our demands,,,The Channel is not at all liable to agree to our petition even if we have a million petitions...It is at their own discretion whether to bring her back or not.. I do not think they will bring her back...

It is a fact and the decision is final between . the channel .. the PH and the actor.. so why should we waste our energy in all these.. if u don't like the change take a break from SNS..come back when things get settled .. when the story becomes better..when the new actress will be more comfortable in playing Gopi..

********************

I know my post will be considered in the most negative way.. but i don't mind.. i have to write what i feel like writing ...be practical guys. decision is made and is final...i Know emotions are running high.. but take it easy ..it is just a TV show...you don't like it ..don't watch it.. no point in abusing SP or no point in bashing Devoleena...

being emotional for a TV show... will take a toll on our health, .. better go off for a long walk or a movie to get for the things to settle down.. watch some sports and news .. just for a change. watch cartoons to ease off the stress..cook a new recipe ..play a card game..read a book... there are 100s of things to do in real life guys😃

-ok now ..only size 7 chappals towards the North pole please😛 no tomatoes ..we do have in the backyard😛

abbay what i feel is there is an expectation when they are trying so hard...with the petitions..at the end of the day the if the expectation is not met once again these our own forum members will be disheartened that their hard work and their try with the petition did not get back Gia..

this is what i wanted to say..

sorry ...looks like I have offended you and others..

I agree with you, Munni. If there was a way to keep Gia, I'm sure that it would've been done by now.

Just overnight, a new actress was brought in, a new episode was put together with the new lead, flashbacks were reshot, new "banners" for the show in the website and in between the episodes were made. I think they don't give a squat about the audience. If they did, there would've been a compromise with Gia, Colors, Rashmi and SP because really, who wants to work overnight to revamp a show with a new lead? Can anyone imagine how they did it? Devoleena actually auditioned for her role! The fact that they went to such great lengths in such a short time shows how serious they are about their decision.

I watched all of Kkusum and by the time it ended, there were three different women who played the lead. Of course, there were protests (especially with Nausheen), but nothing happened. Gia is not coming back. The sooner we realize it, the sooner we can make adjustments with the show.

No no munni!I havent been offended the thing is that if they are trying its ok!!! u know I have stopped watching as u said in the post bcz I dnt like it but still am supporting those who are trying!!!! bcz atleast by that they wont have this feeling that they didnt get support from their own friend forumites!! let them try!!! End result isnt in their hands but what they have is ability to try!!

They say na hope for the best and be prepared for the worst!!!
