Please Vibz and everyone in India, please keep pestering them, let them know we are unhappy, so far I was only emailing, and most likely they will just copy and paste a response to us, or it will be an automated response for any criticism.

But if we phone them each one of us, they will feel the heat more, I will buy phone card and call them now.

Please others go and do the same, phone them and pester them until they realise we are not going to just roll over and take this decision.
