I have been watching this show for quite some time and absoltuely love the costumes and salute the costume designers. It's just that Mata Parvati was born in a different time than Mata Sati so shouldn't the costumes be changed a bit. Most of the pictures and statues I have seen shows Mata Parvati wearing a traditional sari and only a couple of instanses show her wearing the dress as shown in the promo. SO I am confused šŸ˜•. Did Mata Parvati always wear a traditional sari or the makeshift sari with the long skirt? or did she change her style of dress after marriage? or as Hinduism evolved, we ourselves changed the way she looked and what she wore according to what we started to wear?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

OH! So, at the end of the day it's only our interpretation. Thank you so much. 😊
