Saumya Seth, who till date has been playing the role of Navya: a silent sufferer, who undergoes hardships and is at the mercy of her in-laws, will go through a role reversal.
In Swastik Pictures 'Navya' aired on Star Plus, Saumya as Navya will emerge as a strong woman and will help her mother-in-law Sugandha get her identity in the Bajpai family.
Viewers will see Navya becoming Sugandha's confidante who eventually encourages Sugandha to bring out her hidden talent. Navya will not only fight for herself but supports her mother in law by promoting her cooking talent on a blog with the help of Anant (Shaheer Shekh).
A dramatic change will occur when Anan't father Om, who has been rude to his wife Sugandha, will unknowingly see her recipes online and will decide to publish a book on it.
