Why was the earlier thread closed down? I made a legitimate request to the Mods to shut down spammers & the MODS? They respond by shutting down MY THREAD?

WHY?

Shall I genuflect for not raising my WLs as well????

Oh well the jokers are back with a new ID and the same tactics. Wonder what it would take for the mods to block the IP address of these habitual spammers.

Thanks Aanchal, but this is the first response we've received regarding our complaints. And this is a regular feature every week. We do understand that the Mod cannot possibly be available 24x7 while the mischief makers have all the time in the world, yet even a word of acknowledgement would've helped.

A temporary ban may alleviate our misery! The Larathingy has posted TWICE in FOUR minutes-the same meaningless post. What a PEST & how desperate for attention do you have to be to waste your energy on this kind of inane rubbish just to have your name on Page 1-there is NO Pulitzer awarded for this,you know?!

Whoa, I tried to copy-paste my earlier post about being on page 1 and I was prevented by the system. So how come the spammers are able to duplicate the same thread 60 times an hour? Or is there a special bridge created for spammers?
