Earlier when SAREGAMA used to air it was only judges and pure talent which was elevuated,

Now with outside voting showing the live of these contestants the trend has changed and all the interesting masala the Jantha look for from their fixed set of contestants...

So with ASA and these reality shows they will seem all set up..

I liked the American Idol , Biggest Looser still watching the seasons..
American Idol I can still say it is more to do with talent the one where Kelly Clarkston she deserved it .. with talent and she came from a town where room for dream and full filling was given importance.

Dancing needs more mind and thought and selection and yes the audience will gauge a lot more on presentation and outlook...

I like watching food network and home and garden reality shows Food Network again there is no manipulation and judges are right there for the make or break situation

Reality TV has these game BIG one and its there in Indian audience wants a lot of masala for voting but here in US thats just not needed.

Indian Idol masala was hilarious..
One Namoona was there , Similar to Meenakshi case, only thing was he was not selected by all three , So jantha 's card is yet to be found...
