What I loved was the way our characters have matured and have been metamorphised during the course of one year.. How a ruthless business tycoon has become a person who is Pyaar ke saamne majboor.. I mean it in a good way.. The wall that he had built around his heart.. The way he had kept his heart frozen and locked.. One person, whom he hated the most.. has crumbled that wall.. Warmed his heart up and unlock the doors despite his false beliefs that she is responsible for the plight of one person who meant the world to him.. He has realised that his world has expanded.. and Now there are 2 ppl around whom it revolves..How a happy, jolly Sanka devi who thought everything was rosy, though mind u she never ran away from anything or anyone except maybe Arnav, is ready to take bull by the horns in a mature way.. Not her usual pranks.. How beautifully she portrays her love and worry for him.. She is no longer afraid to show her feelings.. I was so moved by her image while watching the CCTV camera.. She looked so small. defenseless and vulnerable.. But still she projected an aura of pure gold and determination that she is going to rescue him.. How she is connecting the dots, and putting pieces in place...Mami has come a long way from calling her Phati saree in spite to actually referring to her with the same name, but with different emotions.. how from the consoled, she is becoming the Consoler... The way she consoled Anjali and Khushi... We are seeing the softer side of her.. which was hinted at earlier to Payal that though she is a little harsh, but she is good at heart...All in all.. I m very happy with the way things are going... This serial manages to surprise us everytime...And get well soon... Take good care...

Yeah, the facade of ruthlessness is slowly wearing off - atleast where Khushi is involved, Arnav is no longer ruthless - he has not been for a very long time. The wall is still there, though it is crumbling down - Arnav still needs to be freed!
Khushi has developed beautifully. I remember her child-like simplicity, logic, and zeal for life. She has grown from there keeping her Khushi-ness intact and is becoming a beautiful woman.
and yeah on the way, Mami Ji, Anjali, and even Akash have developed well.
