I didn't think Shyam was smart enough to plan Arnav's kidnapping to begin with. Besides it would be too obvious, so it wouldn't really be a twist.

It might be NK...even though I really really hope it's not him. Or they might introduce a new villain...someone from Arnav's past most likely.

I don't think it's Anjali either cuz why would she tell Khushi that Arnav's medication can only be purchased only at several pharmacies? She even names couple of them...that's like blowing up ur cover right there.😕

Either it has to be Shyam or someone connected with Arnavs past which may lead to extension of another track .

Anajli and Akaash are not viable options .
