I didn't think Shyam was smart enough to plan Arnav's kidnapping to begin with. Besides it would be too obvious, so it wouldn't really be a twist.

It might be NK...even though I really really hope it's not him. Or they might introduce a new villain...someone from Arnav's past most likely.

I don't think it's Anjali either cuz why would she tell Khushi that Arnav's medication can only be purchased only at several pharmacies? She even names couple of them...that's like blowing up ur cover right there.😕

i dont think shyam is the kidnapper coz the CVs are pointing an obvious finger at him...
its not anjali either coz she loves her brother more than anything
