In many episodes I have seen Anandi making aatta halwa. But usually that halwa is white color. But when I make aata halwa (we call it sheera) it is golden brown in color. But in balika vadhu its always white color. And in last episode Dadisa ask Anandi to prepare food and send to Shiv in tiffin in that too she made halwa and put it into tiffin. The rest of food his secretory had but Shiv asked to have that halwa which was again white color and it seemed to be liquid. Can anyone tell me how to make that white halwa? Do anyone know that? I guess if any Rajasthani in this forum then they might be knowing?

That is suji Halwa, rathar than Atta halwa 😊

Its suji (semolina) halwa hence its white in color. Suji halwa color also varies from white to golden brown.
lightly roasted suji halwa will be white and deep roasted suji halwa will be golden
And its not liquid...its semisolid...depends on amout of water added...some people like it watery some like it hard like barfi.

many like white suji halwa as we like bhuna golden halwa all depend on taste
