actually, I think they gave him medicine for 3 days. But 4th day they forgot to give him and hence he fainted.

ARnav has diabetes In diabetes type 2 HYPOGLYCEAMIA ie reduced sugar levels are life threatening Hyperglyceamia i.e increased sugar levels that is more than certain levels are dangero us SO if he doesnt take medicines for three four days but take food this situation is not so worrying.

IF he is on fasting with regular medication than medical attention is required
