In some big hospitals there is dress code to identify doctors. Just like nurses have their uniform.
My own experience. I prefer if the doctors are a bit mature male or female.

Doctors do wear sarees...chota hospita bada hospital everywhere...
It gives matured look and doctors profession requires that...
Its not about being comfy...yes we all wear kurta and leggings but here we dont have to deal with patients who judge and trust the doctors on their personality...
Just my pov

I think we do judge from clothes and age a bit but in the end how comfortable the doctor patient relationship is all that matters inthe end.

why are you'll discussing such a stupid topic. how many times have u walked into a hospital and seen women doctors in sarees...

And one of the biggest factor when it comes to any doctors is that whenever they r with a patient they wear a lab coat ( the white coat which u see on most doctors ) so how does it matter what she wears underneath..

And someone said she should wear trousers And shirts n blazers... like Iv hardly seen any women doctors ever wearing that. forget women Iv not seen most male doctors also in anything other that shirts n trousers ...

and big big offices and women on big posts wear salwars so I don't see why she or other women doctors can't wear it.
