Another new article on Kushal Tandon aka Viraat !

Smart looking actor Kushal Tandon of Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai (Star Plus, produced by Cinevistaas) loves his profession.

"Acting is my passion and for that I have even got a degree from the New York School of Acting," shares Kushal.

He is quite clear in his mind that he only wants to act. "I am not interested in singing and dancing like my character (Virat) in the show who is learning to sing."

Looking ahead he says, "I would love to do intense characters." So how do you prepare yourself for the heavy duty emotional scenes in your show? Do you lock yourself up in a room in order to get psyched out?

"No I don't need to do all that. I just read my lines and it's enough for me to deliver the good."

Although Kushal's ultimate dream is to make it big in the tinsel town, he is not desperate to get there as he, "takes each day as it comes." And when it comes to getting a six-pack abs, which has become a rage, Kushal is not really in the rat race.

"I just want to be fit but if a role comes which demands something like this I will do it then. After all, anything for work."

He also does not believe in going to parties just to network in order to get work, "I rather let my work speak for myself."

The dream role which he would love to do on big screen would be Hrithik Roshan or John Abraham's roles in Dhoom 1 and 2, "I would love to essay a negative lead."
