Hello Mr.Gautam Hegde,

Since you have taken the burden to speak on behalf of the entire team of IPKKND, & that's the reason why I am also addressing this letter to you. Hope you don't mind.

It was really nice reading your article / letter, especially on the facts you have genuinely tried clarifying from all angles and said almost everything on behalf of the entire team of IPKKND.

But…….though to some extent I agree to whatever you have mentioned in the letter, and not to full extent. It is highly appreciable of you, for posting this letter and letting us know that apart from actor / actress, how the other people from the crew really work hard in spite of going through so many day to day issues, and we all are very much aware that whatever you have mentioned in your post, that it is a fact.

Before I go ahead with my writing, I want to give clarity on a particular point, we the viewers / fans and I, do not doubt on the credentials of IPKKND team members. The best subject is been chosen and the star casting is excellent. And the best episodes is also been given by you people. Moreover we are also aware that each and everyone in the team are working very hard for the team success.

When I first started watching Iss Paar Ko Kya Naam Doon Serial, I started feeling it is a serial which is really different from other serials in all aspects. I started getting the idea it has got more effect of mills and boon novels which I have read in plenty. And had mentioned this in my first letter to Myeduniya forum addressing to Mr.Arshad Khan on 12th April 2012, and the very next day in Mr.Ved Raj article he had clearly mentioned that ASR character is mills & boon character. Anyways I am not trying to take any credit here, all I would say is, yes… to some extent I am a good analyst.

You know what Mr.Hegde, I don't know why, but I have a feeling that there must be some reason to release this article. Though there is a wild guess which is crossing my mind, but I will not discuss about it directly, probably you will be able to guess as you are going through my letter.

OK to begin with:

Stage I: Your explanation on how the show works initially

Producer approaching the channel with the concept.

The channel after completely convinced, giving their approval for the show.

Assigning the crew.

Star casting.

But Mr.Hegde, referring to the above points, I think this is what everybody does when they want to start a show or a movie, and this is what is happening from long a period of time, it might be a small screen or big screen, the procedures might slightly vary but it is the same. I am sorry I am not trying to underestimate the CV's from the production house and the channel people's hard work. I simply wanted to make clear, that this is very common in your field, and if that is what you have chosen as your profession.

My Point on How the Show can Start

According to me if you have made financial arrangement and are ambitious to start a tele-show of your own and also with a little bit of your luck (I strongly believe in luck connected to big screen and small screen, since investing in this field is like gambling), the first stage of your work should start evidently since you will have all the potential to convince the channel people. And the rest is of assigning the crew and star casting; which will happen eventually.

And if you are well experienced in your field, I think the first six months of the show will go on smoothly, since lot of pre-preparations would already been done systematically. And all of you in the team will get along very well since everybody will be equally working very hard to see the show success.

Stage II: Once All This Is Set, How The Show Starts

(You have explained the show, picking up a CAR as an example)

The CAR is ready to leave the garage and hit the roads.

From your point of view you are trying to say that how you are expecting us, the viewers to see the CAR (show / actors) run very smoothly on the roads, which is actually driven by CVs from production house and channels.

As you all are driving the CAR, how you are bound to knock on the terrible bad roads like rocky, speed breakers, etc.., etc.., etc..,

By giving the above reasons, what are you trying to say?

That you need to drive the CAR slowly to avoid accidents is it? OK agreed.

The hard work is always there in any profession for that matter, any professionalism when they take a project, pre-preparation is always there and post effort is also there. And most importantly what should remind us all the time is that, today we are living in the competitive world.

And from my end I am giving an example on the Cook and His Dishes connecting to the Show.

Let's think the excellent COOK is the CVs from production house and channels, and the dish what the cook prepares daily is episodes. If the cook has prepared a delicious dish and offers to the members (we viewers) of the house, the members will have it lovingly and at the same time appreciate the cook. At the same time if the dish is not good, members will not like to have it.

But there is an exceptional case of forgiving the cook in case if he is potentially good in his work and is there with them from a long time and very rarely he spoils the dish, just not to hurt him the members might have the spoilt dish prepared by him. But if the cook becomes adamant and repeats his mistakes every alternative day, then we can assume that the cook's difficult period has started.

The cook's (CVs from production house and channels) main responsibility is, he should have more creativity; the same monotonous kind of recipes also can become boring. And the best talent in cook is even though once in a while he spoils the dish, he should know how to repair it instantly and that is called Art of Cooking. Otherwise it is understood that he is digging his own grave. The same thing is applicable to the CV'S also.

If we are able to realize our mistakes….good, otherwise repeated mistakes can result on trp.

Good Director

Good Star Casting

Healthy Competition in the Team

Healthy Atmosphere in the Team

Tip For Show To Remain In No.1 Position

By god's grace and team's hard work if the show becomes successful in the initial stage of 6 to 8 months and starts getting good trp ratings, it indicates the show has started with a good start. Many times the show can become successful for its own reasons. But it is rarely we get to see the show becoming more successful with full package of good script, direction and the hero and heroine's good looks with their excellent acting. Ultimately that is what has happened to IPKKND team. In fact the team got lot of awards for their hard work. And many awards was been taken by Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani also for playing the role of Arnav(ASR) and Khushi, and which is excellently been portrayed by them. Undoubtedly each and everyone from the team should take the credit here.

I would definitely give extra credit to these actors here because of millions of people watching this show. Now is the time where the actual challenge will start for the team members. I really don't know who the captain of the team is; but who ever it is, he / she will play a very important role when the team has reached the extra ordinary success period. Make sure to keep a healthy atmosphere in the set, providing reasonable break for the workers and plan the schedule in advance, instead of planning the work at the last moment. And last but not the least don't let any of the team member to leave the show, unless there is a valid reason for them to leave, that's it! It you keep these tips in mind I think nobody can stop you to the success and you will keep on rocking the show.

Last But Not The Least Point To Remember

Have you ever counted the loop holes these days in your show, No… I don't think you would have done that, right! You people are showing all impossible scenes these days in the show and asking us (viewers) to easily digest those stupid script and scenes, is in it? Don't you think that have to grow up here. We also know people tend to make mistakes; after all we all are humans. But how many mistakes you want to make, by any chance have you kept a count on that, Please do.

And what type of message you are giving us in the end? To take this show as an entertainment, not to become aggressive and serious about it! And what did you think Mr.Hegde? Did u by any chance think that we are considering this show as our life's chapter? No definitely not, we are also not that very stupid. Entertainment show is there from a long period of time, people definitely know how much importance has to be given for those kinds of shows. You have spoken about Satyamev Jayate, we have started watching it much before your campaign for it and also know the importance of that show.

And you have said that if every thing is going on well in the show the actors take the credit from the viewers and at the same time if something goes wrong in the show CV's take the trashing. It is not like that Mr.Hegde, we also know the reality. Don't worry; it is not that people are taking the side of barun and sanaya by telling poor barun and poor sanaya. Considering being movie or a serial, it is a simple fact that you all in the team should understand that main thing which attracts the person initially is the hero and heroine. As I have mentioned above in the 1st stage, all necessary arrangements can be made, above all you may have good writer and director, but….. In spite of that the actors should give life to the script and should act much more than the expectation of the director. And that is what all the actors in the show have done; all the actors in the show have justified their role given to them. Each and everybody fit to their role perfectly. But …again Barun & Sanaya take a little extra credit because of the main lead they are playing, and they are definitely asset to your team. Because no other tv serial has got the international popularity like IPKKND. You should be honored and at the same time accept that it has happened only because of these two, and ofcourse with the support of the team. Regarding Barun's acting! I think he is best, even if you are comparing him in the big screen or small screen, he is definitely the best.

From last few months as we the viewers are aware, that there is lot of loop holes in the show, in spite of that barun and sanaya are doing their job, that is why they are poor barun and poor sanaya for us.

Please don't expect sympathy from us, if you people are wrong, you are wrong, that's it? If you can take the success of the show happily, then accept the critic also gracefully.

I have nothing against anyone, and this is just my point of view. When I saw Mr.Gautam Hegde's letter, I also felt that I should give reply to his letter in a different way, and which I have done. I thank everyone for reading my lengthy letter in full patience. I am sorry if I have heart anybody's feelings in my words.

Awesome reply, very thoughtful and couldnt agree more to you. If some one from CV's is reading this, I'd also like to add up that we are not trying to discourage you but all we are saying is there has been loop holes which cant go unnoticed and this has been repetitive a lot...so the hard work and CV's effort to make everything right should not be an excuse, As you said about the Cook and Dish theory here, yes we cannot eat the bad dish if it is being repeated more than it should be..!!

Still Cv's you're sure unaware of the loyalty of IPKKND fans...We just see anything and everything you show coz we strongly believe that you will come back and also strongly believe in this script. Please do not take us for granted..!!!! This one goes to every one of the team even the actors..!!

loved your reply...👏...it is time for writers to buck up and review what went wrong and how to rectify it rather than making such notes...
