This is the best I have seen how CV have handled the short term absence of the lead actor. They have made the show so intriguing that everything revolved around his absence now. I have yet to see something better than this.

Hope Khushi will know that Shyam is behind all this using the clue from Arnav -

Arnav Said - I love you...
Which means his trust on Khushi is resurrected .. which means somehow he knows the truth .. the only person who will tell him is Shyam.. so Shyam should have met him after she saw him last at airport as till that point he hated her and so missing of Arnav has to connected with Shyam..

I agree with you, the Cvs are doing a good job and still lot of them are complaining, I don't know about what. Sanaya has been very good and when Barun gets back full time (he is already shooting limited hours every week for his scenes) its going get better as we will have both again on the screen together and I am sure the CVs will not make a mistake of going back to OTT comedy as they have already learnt the lesson. Its only going to get better.
