Menka said that her marriage to Shakti was legal and that she would have no problems in obtaining her "rights". So is this true? If so, how is the marriage legal when Shakti never divorced Kesar in the first place?

aur sajjan ab yeh dosra kaam karney jaa raha hai

Maybe it is true as Shakti got married to Menka when Kesar was not there... but then again now that Kesar is back, Meneka's marrige might not be legal... We will have to wait and watch... ❓
