Okay so like most of you i couldn't bare to see Arnav in sooo much pain. And we still don't really know if Shyam is the kidnapper or not. But hey, here's an idea. What if the Kidnapper got Arnav to protect him from Shyam, instead of the other way around. Because it just seems too obvious that the kidnapper would be Shyam. And i doubt the CVs would bring another villan in.
So because of my love for NK 😛 and thanks to my over-active optimistic brain, i came up with this un-likely theory 😆

Theory:
'Nk is actually the kidnapper, he learnt of Shyam's evil ways from the wedding footage he took. He could have easily gathered more info on Shyam's plan later on, maybe he saw a confrontation between Shyam and Khushi some-how. And to protect Arnav he had him kidnapped. However, Nk hasn't told the truth to Arnav yet because he can't risk Arnav running into RM knocking Shyam out, because Arnav's life is still at risk.'
edit* i'm not saying NK will be in a negative role. PFFTH! That would never happen. I'm saying NK kidnapped Arnav to save him, so how does that make him negative? 😆
I know there are many flaws with this thinking but hey therez nothing wrong with being optimistic 😃
