Gurmeet Debina Blog Updated ~ Pushkar Trip !!

Our main trip was to Ajmer Sharif. But we heard Pushkar is a beautiful place just a few km. away. We took out our car and left for pushkar. And ahem! Thr we were. Near a beautiful lake. Called the pushkar lake. Surrounded by 154 ghats. ( place wir u can take a bath nd offer prayer).the ghats are named after diff gods nd goddesses.

Pushkar has the only temple of Brahma.

According to hindu mythology. Lord Brahma got married twice so his previous wife left him nd cursed him that he will hv only one temple of his... Nd that nobody wud offer him any offering.

Above being the history of d place.

The lake is serene nd beautiful. The temple not very huge but traditional.

We bought some ethnic nd handloom products. The place pushkar is the largest producer of roses. Gulkand nd rosewater is available very fresh. We bought quite a bit of them nd extremely happy.

Headed back home via jaipur.
