It will be interesting to see how this plays out - the media really do love to sensationalise things, which explains why the video and articles are all saying that Sandhya will say "I love you", but in the video Deepika said that Sandhya has accepted Suraj's love for her, so she isn't necessarily actually going to say "I love you" to him yet. That would be quite weird the way the story has been going.
Several articles have said that these two will have a very emotional confrontation after the bus accident drama, and then they will accept each other, Sandhya will go back home, and eventually this will lead to them becoming "Diya aur Baati". In the video, they both look sort of freaked out when they have returned home, not all lovey-dovey, so hopefully the emotional confrontation will be somewhat realistic, without over the top confessions of love from both of them. I can certainly understand if Suraj actually says "I love you", but not really Sandhya at this stage. Maybe she will tell him that she has grown to care for him a lot and that she has realised that he means a lot to her, and that she wants to work on their relationship rather than get divorced, but that they need to build up the trust and respect between them again before their relationship can actually progress further, and that they also need to talk and listen to each other clearly so that they never ever have misunderstandings like this again! I think this would be a nice way for this stuff to happen and it would certainly be somewhat realistic (more-so than over-the-top stuff!). If this happens, then she could maybe even say that she has realised that she loves him as well, but not in an over-the-top way, and still with stuff about needing to work on their trust issues etc when they get home. These two used to get along so well earlier, so it will be a welcome relief to see them interacting in a calmer/friendlier manner again, but actually working out all their issues now.
Supposedly these goings-on will slowly lead to them becoming closer, so an actual "I love you" from Sandhya at a much later date could be expected. I guess we'll just have to wait and watch!
