That is what Agam-Nimrit represent. They are PERFECT for each other. Yes, they are flawed in their own ways;
Agam's anger always overshadows the better part of him.
Nimrit loves blindly, so blind that she can't see the wickedness behind her sister's 'love'. She is innocent.
But despite, the flaws, they are BEAUTIFUL. They COMPLETE each other. They are true companions. Nimrit is the heart, while Agam is the mind. She is an innocent soul who teaches him how to love, while he is the protector, who protects her from the world, be it his father or Amrit.
They do bring out the best in each other. Nimrit gives Agam the confidence, the assurance he needs, while Agam gives Nimrit the care & the strength she needs.
I love how their relationship is not potrayed to be all eyelocks & falling scenes, but rather it is real. This is how 2 unknown people discover each other after marriage, by understanding each other & supporting each other.
Agam's characterisation is brilliant. He may have done many things in his life, that may have been just to one & unjust to another, like his marriage with Nimrit. But he's truly a guy with a heart, a conscience. I love how he has respected Nimrit & the marriage since day 1.
The 2 of them never made any promises, yet they are fulfilling every vow they took during their marriage. Of supporting, of loving & of being there for each other.
I am really looking forward to Agam-Nimrit realisation that they are SOULMATES & are meant to be.
