Is it required?

i felt it was out of place...maybe that part ould have been editted shorter...i wonder what the edittor's meant by keeping it in????

Apart from usual Amitabh worshipping! In earlier seasons prior to 2007, people would even approach Amitabh to get their daughter married to Abhishek!

At least Satyamev Jayate has not gone to such levels. So, it's still better than other star vehicles out there.

My first line in the reply was that it was not needed, what they showed.

Rather I advise you to read things clearly and not as an insecure fan of some other star looking for excuses to attack other show or its fans.

Anyway, I'd be disappointed if Aamir danced to his songs or mouthed his famous dialogues on the show like other stars on so-called requests of guests. I was disappointed to see Sridevi in second episode too. I'd like the show to remain serious and focus on its issues.

It's a saving grace that the star worship in this show is negligible compared to other shows.

Those people only praised Maulana Azad. Not Aamir's filmmaker uncle or father. Nothing wrong in praising a great freedom fighter. But still I said, even that was not needed.
