Fitness is a balance of physical health and happy state of mind. It is a state of equilibrium of the mind body and soul and should be followed religiously to stay all healthy. Tellybuzz quizzed the tellywood's fit celebs on their mantra of fitness and a tip to their viewers.

Barun Sobti: I hit the gym every day to stay fit. Exercise is a must for the day.
Tip for the viewers- Do exercise daily , be it walking for some time but you should include some form of exercise . Drink lots and lots of water as it is very good for the body and helps you stay hydrated and keeps your skin glowing.
Mohit Malhotra: I see to it that I remove some time from my hectic schedule for exercise. I do exercise for 45mins daily - follow protein diet and eat all healthy food which makes me stay fit.
Tip for the viewers: Eat right, drink right, must follow exercise and don't eat junk food much.
Arjun Bijlani: I do exercise daily for an hour and my intake of protein food is high. I take in low calorie food which keeps me all fit and healthy.
Tip for the viewers: Make sure you exercise - it keeps your body and mind fresh, healthy and fit.
Karan Kundra: I exercise daily, eat right, avoid sweets/calorie food and oily food. This all keeps you all healthy and fit.
Tip for the viewers: Just eat right and do take out some time to exercise.
Anas Rashid: I don't follow any diet or exercise, mental peace keeps you fit.
Tip for the viewers: Stay happy you will stay Fit.
Naman Shaw: Exercise and eating right keeps me fit and it works for other people as well!
