I wonder if Arnav has really found out any truth or if he really trusts or believes Khushi.
Unless the Efficient Aman has outdone himself 😆 and provided Arnav with some sleuthing work on his orders, it's weird that he'd know the truth in about a day and a half - without raising a ruckus in GH or in the Laxmi Nagar locality. I'm not saying he cannot do this - it just seems umm... uncertain to me.
To me it seems more like the night when he heard saw the card in GH and mistreated Khushi, then later heard her talking to Garima and was hurt/guilty beyond words. He was not guilty because he felt he'd done something wrong - he was guilty and hurt because he loved Khushi and didn't want to hurt her.
Like I said before (on my FB page), it is more like Arnav crossing over the Arnav-rekha.
He still believed that night that Khushi had in fact been unfaithful, but it seemed that out of his love he would forgive and give this marriage a chance - if she would have him. If she would accept that she was at fault and forget Shyam and not be after destroying his sister's married life, he was there with her. He was offering his companionship and genuine love to her - if she would have him.
He's been perplexed from day one around the thought-line' "Why did you have to do this, Khushi? Why did you do this to me?' He even asked her this question on the terrace from where she was jumping off, however, at the time, he mentioned only the Raizadas and his sister, he did not mention his own love for her.
On the SR night, when he threw her out of the room, his expression at seeing her shivering in the cold was not merely anger or guilt. It was helplessness - "Khushi, I don't want to do this with you. Why are you making me do this? Why did you have to do this?"
He seems to be now offering his love in words to her - this is how much he would forgive. If he can destroy her life for his sister's sake, then he can forgive her and accept her, if would give up her past deeds and accept his love. He has seen how hard it is for him to leave her. He cannot afford to leave her or lose her. Out of his love, he is offering his hand to her - if she would have him.
If this is true, and Khushi misreads his confession as trust for her - then it is another heartbreak for the poor girl and of course for the poor boy as well. She would think (as she did on the morning when she found him sleeping holding on to her hand) that he only did it so she would not run off - or in this case, would be kept in check from destroying Anjali's marriage.
By now, she knows she loves him. Such a confession would hardly let her believe the truth of Arnav's love for her. If Arnav is unwilling to believe her honesty and integrity and her character, then she would find it hard to accept the truth of Arnav's love.
In fact, this would harden Khushi's heart - not out of anger, but out of rejection.
She cannot accept love if it means accepting that she is characterless. It would make love seem like a compromise or a deal.

Actually, as per the sequence where Arnav slept holding Khushi's hand all night long, there are some other things that I'd noted in the WIL.
Support during the Night:
Khushi did not know that Arnav held her hand throughout the night. Though Arnav and Khushi held hands over the Arnav-rekha, neither Khushi nor Arnav got across the rekha. The Arnav-rekha still remained. Arnav did not cross-over and neither did Khushi.
What happened that night was VERY different from the other nights ' Arnav usually stayed within his territory and Khushi usually crossed over and bothered him. That night however, Arnav reached out and held her hand, though he still stayed very much within his boundaries. Khushi did not cross over at all. In fact, she slept very still throughout the night, which is very uncustomary for her. She almost lay motionless - as though dead.
However, though she did not cross-over, she also did not pull back her hand from him. She remained like she was and her hand remained in his. Arnav did not pull her hand to his side, not let his hand go over to her side. This was more like a deal - a handshake, an agreement - where Arnav agreed to support and Khushi agreed to support him, though it needed her to change herself totally.

Come Morning:
In the morning, Khushi woke up before Arnav. She saw his hand and wasn't too happy that he held it. Her first reaction was suspicion over his insecurity about her running away. Then, she pulled her hand off.
Arnav was sleeping peacefully. He did not know what Khushi thought about his hand-holding. However, when she pulled off her hand, he woke up startled.

Hmm...
Sometime in a WIL/FB Note in Feb 2012 (I'd have t hunt in the WIL Archives/FB Notes for the exact date), when the MU was birthing, I'd noted that if during the MU duration, Khushi realized her love for Arnav, then forgiveness would not be a problem. However, it would become all important for her that Arnav would believe her. She would not be able to take it that he'd think her characterless, the one whom she loved.
It seems as though Khushi would agree to accept Arnav's support - not only to help him chuck Shyam out of Anjali's life, but also as that seems to be the only way Arnav would ever believe her integrity. (Besides, she's now created another mess with the Will being signed.)
It would take a while before Arnav figures out that Khushi was in fact telling him the truth, however, that would not happen before the night is up - that is, the six-month duration.
However, as Khushi as agreed to remain in Arnav's support, he may feel that she has accepted his love. It might be very close to the end of six-month duration that Arnav may see the light.
And perhaps that would happen, when Khushi would remind him that it is the end of the duration and she wants out. That would be a rude awakening for Arnav. Probably, by then he'll figure out that because he did not trust her integrity, she could not have accepted his love. She only accepted his support but remained very well within his defined boundary.
The MU is WAY TOO DEEP AND WIDE to be over in a matter of 2-3 days. For the MU to be effectively over, Arnav and Khushi do not need to reach over the Arnav-rekha - the Arnav-rekha needs to be ripped off.
In the first 3 months: Arnav was in a 'deal' situation and Khushi was all for her marriage. She wanted to do everything to find out the truth, prove herself right and somehow save the marriage.
In the next 3 months, Khushi is in a 'deal' situation and Arnav would be all for the marriage. He's started by saying that he loves her. Though as of now Khushi may not believe he does - and may think he's saying it to keep her in check -
