screenwriter to Dunya News pissed-off the employees of Geo TV and they are
depressed and feeling insecure after his departure. A source working in Geo
TV informed today.
The source further informed that Creative Department is also expected to be
closed before the end of this month and the future of 40 employees working
in the department is not clear yet. Earlier, Geo TV has already shut down
Current Affairs Department.
"There is frustration and confusion among Geo TV employees but departure of
Dr.Younus Butt is really disturbing for us." He said.
On the other hand, Dunya TV has termed Dr. Younus Butt's joining Dunya News
a good news for all the viewers and likely to welcome more talent facing
troubles while working in Geo TV. "Hum Sab Umeed Sai Hain" was one of the
most popular tv shows in Pakistan.
