KAJAL IN KARTHI'S NEXT?

The two may come together again in director Rajesh's next flick

They worked together in Naan Mahaan Alla and went on to feature in an ad film. And now, it looks like director Rajesh may get actors Karthi and Kajal Aggarwal back together on-screen. The grapevine is that they may be cast in his next titled All In All Azhagu Raja. A source reveals, "Karthi has been roped in to play the lead in Rajesh's next, which will be an out and out entertainer, just like his previous films. Both the hero and the heroine have to be livewires, and need to have great comic timing. So, he is contemplating on casting Kajal opposite Karthi as the two have good chemistry. Moreover, Kajal has a two-film deal with the production house that's producing All In All Azhagu Raja. Since she has one more film to do and if she likes the role, she may do it." When we spoke to director Rajesh, he says, "I'm currently working on the script of Karthi's film, and haven't signed up the female lead as yet. But producer Gnanavel Raja has told me that if I feel Kajal would suit the script, we can bring her on board. She's like a cracker, and has a great sense of humour. Once I finish the script, I will give Kajal a narration, and if she's satisfied with it, we will rope her in."
