from what i could make out, i think shobha's parents went to him..for help, i guess..becoz harshad was from groom's side so maybe they thought their son-in-law would be of some help to maybe find him...that's what i could make out...

N about charu's bro killing shobha..maybe he is one of those narrow-minded person who think that it is upon them to 'clean' or 'rectify' the 'mistakes' in his family n since shobha became his saali, a part of his family..he decided to 'punish' her..
