Seeing the confusion of many friends in this forum about many terms used in the pro-Gauri rhetoric, I have decided to launch a new dictionary named the Dictionary of Gaga Love. This dictionary will give you the definition and meaning of many terms as seen through the perspective of immense love for Gaga (Jagya-Gauri). Please feel free to add to the dictionary.
1. Insult:
Traditional Dictionary:to treat or speak to insolently or with contemptuous rudeness; affront, attack; to show somebody down Gagalove Dictionary: to anonymously fund somebody's life and career for no motive of getting anything in return and solely out of philanthropy
2. Feminist:
Traditional Dictionary: one who advocates social, political, legal, and economic rights for women Gagalove Dictionary: one who can play an accomplice to a man's criminal acts and shout at the top of the voice
3. Housewife:
Traditional Dictionary:a married woman who manages her own household, especially as her principal occupation. Gagalove Dictionary: a derogatory term (synonymous with chaiwali, parathawali, chulhachaukawali) connoting that doing one's own household chores is shameful and below the dignity of women
4. Hypocrisy
Traditional Dictionary: a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious beliefs or principles, etc., that one does not really possess. Gagalove Dictionary: The act and desire of wanting your son to repent for his misdeeds so that he realizes the value of his family.
5. Insecurity
Traditional Dictionary: lack of confidence or assurance; self-doubt
Gagalove Dictionary: the magic shield that justifies abuse, blaming others, misbehaving with elders, shouting at others, insulting others, threatening terminally ill patients, rash driving and cellphone usage during driving
6. Self-respect
Traditional Dictionary: proper esteem or regard for the dignity of one's own character.
Gagalove Dictionary: ability to scream at your sponsor only to demand a chunk of his property to build your own business
7. Sindoor and Mangalsutra:
Traditional Dictionary: Marriage symbols worn by Hindu women with belief and seriousness about their married status
Gagalove Dictionary: Cosmetic symbols that can be worn to rent a house, or to fool the world about an illegal marriage or to justify staying with a man as a mistress. Valid only on Gauri, Anandi's sindoor and mangalsutra is a joke.
8. Strong/Inspiring Woman
Traditional Dictionary: a woman who has inner strength to conquer all odds and make a difference in society
Gagalove Dictionary: a woman with strong vocal cords and can loudly boast about one's own success
9. True love:
Traditional Dictionary: The feelings of mutual trust, understanding, compassion, kindness, and sacrifice for one another
Gagalove Dictionary: The skills of successful lying, manipulation, plotting, secrecy, and acting in front of and behind one another
10. Victim
Traditional Dictionary: a person who is suffering from a destructive or injurious action or agency
Gagalove Dictionary: a person whose conditions of victimhood have been long over and yet who uses her victim status as a trump card and cries for the worst victim tag.
