Remarriage has been a critical issue in a lot of societies around the world, Fuze talked with Sumeet Mittal, the producer of Punar Vivah on Zee TV which deals with this subject to know more about his views regarding the issue.

Do you believe on remarriage and why?

Yes, I believe in remarriage because you have full right to get happiness at any age of your life.

Do you think India still looks at remarriage as it's potrayed in Punar Vivah?

Yes, we do look at remarriage as a taboo… And through Punar Vivah we are trying to tell people that it's a normal phenomena of human society, accept it whole heartedly.

How is it working with Gurmeet Choudhary (Yash) and Kratika Sengar (Aarti)?

Gurmeet and Kratika both are fantastic professional actors.

Only thing I wish is that Gayatri was not a typical saas...PV has such a great concept, great leads, and fresh storyline, but the saas-bahu drama between Gayatri and Aarti is its only sore point. I wish that gets fixed soon.
