I dont even know if she will think about trusting Yash. She can just b thankful.

I also choose maybe as I don't think Arti really trusts anyone after Prashant left her and then how his parents lied to about her being a widow. I think trust for her will take time. I don't think she trusted Yash to start with so winning his trust back is not something that could happen. However, having said all that I think once Yash finds Ansh and helps him cope with his fear that will start Arti liking and respecting Yash more which will eventually lead to trust.
