TanTan did make a good point

I thought about it and I think that an AIDS track would definitely be interesting. I've been lurking for a while and a lot of people would like to see Shakti be punished. If he was HIV positive wouldn't it be punishment enough? And after ridiculing Krishna so much about his infertility we would see the tables turned. What do you all think?

Good post... Well I think... Tanmay didnt really say the AIDS stuff because he was trying to make a GOOD point but rather he was just being the annoying Tanmay he is... For shakti to be HIV positive I think is a very big punishment as AIDS has no cure and people die from it... The point of the property track was so Shakti could realise his mistake and be a good person which he did... Although I do agree on your point of him making fun of Krishna but AIDS would be a super big punishment... Just my opinion...

LOL! Of course I knew Tanmay just wanted to be annoying but my gut feeling initially was that CV's had him say that to foreshadow a new track. I assumed everything happens for a reason but maybe the reason was merely meant to show Tanmay's character (on a side note I'm still hoping that Tanmay is going through a phase because his mind was poisoned by shakti and he wasn't the jerk he is now before that. I really liked the initial romance between him and Arushi and wish it continued...)

Anyways, now that I'm off my tangent, I should reword my last post. AIDS shouldn't be a punishment for Shakti's actions but a consequence. Even before Meneka he did sleep with prostitutes as well so he could be infected with any STD really. I think an AIDS track would really be interesting though after Tanmay brought it up. It would be also interesting to see how his relationship with Kesar would be affected.
