yes there should be no discrimantion at all between a boy or a girl...even healthy or unhealthy...its a life at the end of the day...and yes the fact that its the educated that do this the most tells of another issue...we keep saying education is the key to stop it...but what must be learned is not taught in schools or universities aparently...so literancy or education is not necessarily the answer...for even the most humbly formaly uneducated person can know right from wrong...
