shivam is back...
as according to precap taani will not come for Rey's surprise and Rey will be upset from this..
so i think taani will take help of Sharon to show her dance and make Rey happy and this will be Sharon's surprise and at d same time shivam will enter and everyone will misunderstand shivam as sharon's surprise .. :p

i think maybe others will misinterpret that sharon's surprise is shivam.. quite possible... maybe there will be a MU.
