Liked this speech by Khurshed Batliwala about "Alternatives on Boozing". So thought of sharing it in DM.

People interested may check it. :) . Here in my POV i replace Sudarshan Kriya that is mentioned by Bawa to any set of well defined techniques of Yoga/Meditation. The results don't necessarily come just with one technique.
