And if it is indeed his legal right (the show has not been clear on this) then why should Anandi want to interfere in it?
My dad too watches this show. So i asked him if jagya had any legal right on the property (before even the track started when only the news about he asking his family came out)...
that time my dad said, how can he demand for a share...If DS is dead, and no will was written, then only it could have been split between the 2 sons (bhairav and basanth), but in her presence, it is upto her will as to who should get it and jagya would have no legal right on that... so it has nothing to do with ancestral property...You are saying and defending that cv's are not making clear about the property rights, but as far as my dad says its pretty clear about the property stuff...
Moreover anandi interfered this matter because he clubbed this matter regarding her divorce...So she has full right to say get lost i dont need divorce in exchange to this...
