who the hell is prem?

who is this prem guy anyways? I mean whats his story, they say prem is Anurags son and then 'parvarish' of whats her face - kamonika. I saw this one episod where prem says he only knows prerna for like 6 months or so (this was earlier this year).

I mean who is this guy anyways.

prem is anurags and prenas son, he was kidnapped as baby and after 20 years he returned and met his parents but he was raised by aparna, their enemy so, it was and is difficult for prena to win him over.

Well as afghan girl said, he is anurag and prerna's lost son and since he was brought up by aparna, his parvarish is not good and now he is staying in bajaj's and prerna's house just with some ultirior motive for their property and money!!
